IF I WERE A BOY...

I have always said that if i ever were a boy I would probably be a tranny. I love bows, skirts and tights...I also jump 50 feet if I see a spider in my house. I know I could never ever be a dude. Im just too damn girly. Latley though, I have been seeing male style that makes me quite jealous, cuz I can not wear it!
While working, a boy came in my store with tight grey jeans with some pointy YSL dress boots tucked in. He tried on some women's studded gladiator sandals we were selling and I thought he looked fabulous. It was inspiring. I am very over LA playboy style of deep v-necks, beanies and dirty jeans. Clean it up! Because I am jealous. and I would love to wear guy clothing right now. Tight jeans, pointy toe dress shoes or low ankle length boots tucked in, a fitted button up or anything else thats not a graphic tee. A leather bag...maybe some faux glasses (not the very overdone thick rims but something a little more updated)...get wild and wear a bow tie!...put on a blazer or wool pea coat...you get the idea. I love passing guys like this on the street. I just want to congratulate them and take them to read WWD and shop in west village!
So far this trend has only reached the gay design student demographic but seriously guys take advantage of this look! It is chic and it gets lots of attention! I definatley would be rocking it!
